HOW IT WORKS

Export every public channel video into structured data

Keep one structured list of a channel’s public videos for research, reference or a content inventory. Requests support up to 5,000 uploads; cached data refreshes after six hours.

01

Paste a channel URL, @handle or channel ID.

02

We resolve the channel and collect its public uploads and video details.

03

Search or sort the videos, choose fields and formats, then export.

Export all public videos from a YouTube channel

The tool reads the channel’s uploads collection and loads available public video details. Private and deleted videos are excluded. This exports metadata and YouTube links, rather than video or audio files.

What channel data can you export?

Select titles, URLs, video IDs, channel names and IDs, views, likes, comments, duration, publication dates, descriptions, tags and thumbnail URLs. Export all loaded videos or only the results matching your search.

Channel Exporter vs Channel Playlist Extractor

Channel Exporter creates an inventory of videos uploaded by the channel. Channel Playlist Extractor finds playlists created by that channel, which may also contain videos from other creators.

WHY USE THIS TOOL

Common use cases

Research and competitor analysis

Compare public topics, publication dates, views and engagement across a channel’s videos. These are public counts, not the creator’s private analytics.

Archive a content inventory

Keep titles, descriptions and original video URLs in a local spreadsheet or Markdown file for future reference.

Build a structured dataset

Use video and channel IDs to join exported metadata with your own research notes or refresh an existing inventory.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions.

Which channel inputs are supported?

Paste an @handle, a youtube.com/@handle URL, a /channel/ID URL, a /user/name URL or a channel ID.

Can I export a large channel?

One request supports up to 5,000 public uploaded videos. If the channel exceeds the limit, choose a smaller playlist using Channel Playlist Extractor.

Which file formats are available?

CSV, Excel, TXT, Markdown, JSON, Bookmark HTML, M3U and M3U8 are available, along with XML, HTML, YAML, SQLite, Word and PDF. Multiple selected formats download together as a ZIP.

Why are some videos missing?

Only available public uploads can be returned by the YouTube Data API. Private, deleted and inaccessible videos are excluded. Cached results may take up to six hours to reflect changes.

Does this download videos or transcripts?

No. Exports contain public video metadata and links, with no video files, audio files or transcripts.
